Meditation is beneficial for everyone. There are no right or wrong way to meditate. Everyone has own individual way for meditation. However I want to share with you my meditation exercise if you might find in helpful for you.
Spiritual benefits of meditation;
- Effortless transition from being something to merging with the infinite and recognizing yourself as an inseparable part of the whole cosmos
- In a meditative state, you are in a space of vastness, calmness and joy and this is what you emit into the environment, bringing harmony to the Creation/planet.
- Meditation can bring about a true personal transformation. As you learn more about yourself, you’ll naturally start discovering more about yourself.
Meditation for Higher Vibration
Basic steps are grounding, clearing, protecting and connecting.
- Find a safe, peaceful and comfortable place where to relax without any disturbing.
- Do energetic cleansing for the meditation environment with e.g. using singing crystal bowl or pyramid to remove lower energy.
- Light a white candle for meditation ritual. Use incense like Frankincense for Spirit Guide meditation. You can surround yourself also with crystals if you like to use them. Crystals like kyonite, amethyst, selenite, ruby, turquoise, smokey quarts, onyx are good for meditation.
- If you want you can use some music for meditation like Theta or Gamma brainwaves but this is not necessary.
- Make yourself comfortable with arms and legs uncrossed in sitting position in the chair or barefoot on the floor, hold your spine straight.
- When you are ready, close your eyes.
- Deep breath-in, breath-out ten times. Start breathing slowly and evenly. Relax your body – jaw, throat, neck, shoulders, torso, stomach, hips, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, toes.
- Ground yourself, imagine yourself as a tree, and grow the roots from your feet to Earth, through every layer of Earth to the crystal core of Earth. You feel yourself well grounded.
- Clear your body from thoughts, feelings and other people´s energy – Let them go. Visualize this clearing process. You can also visualize that all your chakras are cleansed and balanced.
- Protect yourself with White Light, imagine you are surrounded by White Light with Golden line. You are in safe.
- Deep breath-in LOVE (nose), breath-out LIGHT (mouth) three times.
- Send healing energy to two different parties where you want to e.g. to Mother Earth, your parents, siblings etc.
- Connect to LIGHT. You feel the energy flowing through your body from feet to top of your head. Don´t worry if you don´t feel this energy at once it might take longer practice.
- You can ask questions from your Spirit Guide/s or from other Higher Light Beings.
- Meditate about 40 minutes focusing on your breath or repeating centering thought like “I AM DIVINE LIGHT”. You can use also hand postures (mudras) like Dhyana to getting deeper more profound concentration. Or just keep your palms up on your knees. What feels good for you.
- Disconnect yourself from the LIGHT when you feel you want to end your meditation session.
- Protect yourself again with White Light.
- Ground yourself again like before meditation.
- When you feel ready open your eyes and feel relaxed.
This whole process takes about 50-60 minutes but whatever duration is good for you to meditate, follow it.
