Kundalini Awakening

A full Kundalini Awakening is a specific energetic experience that means all of the knots and issues of the psyche have been resolved. It’s extraordinarily rare. Most people who experience some type of energetic experience are not experiencing a full awakening, but the beginnings of the movement of Kundalini in the body.

Kundalini is a Sanscrit term from ancient India that identifies the arising of an energy and consciousness which has been coiled at the base of the spine since birth, and is the source of the life force (prana, ki, chi, mana).

Kundalini = serpent power, spiritual energy.

“When kundalini energy activates it offers an opportunity for the complete transformation of your life.  It will support you in your deepest longing for Truth and Self-Realization, if you will only surrender and trust the process.”  – Bonnie Greenwell Ph.D.

Kundalini energy is connected to your chakras. When Kundalini rises and travels up the spinal column, it passes through each of the chakras on its way giving each a boost, so to speak, and making it light up.

Kundalini offers you the ability to transcend the mundane both physically and spiritually. But you need to be responsible in both your exploration and pursuit of Kundalini. Kundalini Awakening is the evolutionary destiny of us all.

Kundalini Awakening

Spontaneous Kundalini awakening might happen e.g. after accident. However, if awakened Kundalini energy becomes off balance, a spiritual crisis known as Kundalini Syndrome can result. An awakening can be triggered by intense energy work, drug use, sexual experiences, abuse or trauma, yoga practice or life events. Process might take 2-3 years and it´s individual.

Healing tips for Kundalini Syndrome

Healing your body and spirit requires plenty of sleep, hydrating (pure, filtered water), whole food,  and spending quality time outdoors to ground and restore balance to your chakra system. Grounding is important, if not possible to spend time in nature, take cold showers and keep arms under cold running water are good for grounding too.  Avoid alcohol and medicines.  Do physical work and  physical exercise which are connecting you to Earth, leave the spiritual practices for a while. If symptoms intensify, seek assistance from a spiritual healer to help restore chakra balance.

Once Kundalini has touched the Ajna chakra (3rd Eye chakra) at the front of the brain it is a permanent awakened Kundalini and there will be no regression.

The difference between Kundalini and Spiritual awakening is that Kundalini is a powerful phenomena occurring in Conciousness but Spiritual Awakening is Conciousness waking up to Itself as its true Identity.
